a term in Korean that translates to "Food Truck" Traditionally, it refers to small street food stalls that are often covered with tarps or tents, offering a casual and lively dining experience. Over time, the concept has evolved to include indoor establishments that retain the nostalgic and cozy atmosphere of the original street-side pocha.
